What is a Meal Plan?
A Cooper Street Hospitality meal plan unlocks delicious meals, coffee, snacks, and more, at four locations across campus. Your plan includes meal swipes, meal exchanges and Raptor Dollars, conveniently loaded onto your student ID. No need to carry additional cards or cash!
Meal Swipes
Meal Swipes give you access to the Raptor Dining Hall for your all-you-care-to-enjoy experience.
Raptor Dollars
Raptor Dollars may be used at any dining location for dollar-for-dollar purchases. Visit our locations page for location information, including dining hall menus and hours of operation.

With your meal plan, you receive many benefits and perks, including:

Managing Your Plan
There are three ways you can check your meal swipes and Raptor Dollar balance:
- On the Rutgers Meal plan portal, click here!
- On your receipt after a purchase at any dining location
- Ask a Cooper Street Hospitality team member in any dining location.
